Angelo performed on August 5th for the Gratiot Cruise. He played two sets
of classic rock and oldies. Mario's Body Shop hosted the
event and even the weather couldn't put a damper on the cruise. Tons of
classic cars were out cruising and a good time was had by all! See ya
there next year!!!
There is a limited print on this CD so it will be a must
own for every KISS collector. Be sure to visit

for all the news and details.
On April 10th, Angelo was a special guest on the television show New
York Rocks. Angelo was interviewed and performed with the house band
Different Planet. AJ Pero (drummer of Twisted Sister) was also a special
guest on the show. Angelo's sister Gina appeared on the show too,
dancing a hip-hop solo to "Fergalicious". A great big thank you to Phil
and to everyone in our NYRocks family! We can't wait to see you all
again!!! You can watch the entire April episode of New York Rocks at:

On March 31st Angelo gave a performance at the Indianapolis KISS Expo.
Below is a review of the Indy Expo that Angelo wrote:
Well, it was another rockin' good time at
this years Indy KISS Expo! It was a packed
house as the KISS Army showed up in full
force. Dealers with vintage merchandise were
set up everywhere and deals were flying.
Special guest for the day was former KISS
guitarist Bruce Kulick who signed autographs
and took pictures with fans for most of the
day. I really learn to admire guys like
Bruce at an event like this because he was
very generous with his time and greeted
hundreds of fans with a smile. He also did a
Q&A session where he talked about his days
with KISS, as well as Grand Funk (his
current band), ESP & Union.
I was privileged to meet quite a few of my
friends from here on Myspace. I was really
pleased that I got to meet my friend Ira in
person. He is one of the main people in
charge of the movement to get KISS into the
Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. I really
appreciate all of the work he has done and
we made sure we got a few of the 11th
Commandment (Thou shalt not delay the
induction of KISS) t-shirts. Buy one now at
www.kissarmyunites.com
This Expo I decided to perform an "unmasked"
set without make-up. #1 because I wanted
to do a set of "unmasked" era KISS songs and
#2 I don't really like to wear make-up!
So, I chose to open with a couple from
Paul's new CD Live to Win and
Bulletproof. Next I played a
sneak preview to the new KISS tribute CD I
played on titled Christine Sixteen 2. I
can't wait until this CD is released in late
April. You're gonna love it! Take a listen
at:
www.highschooltributes.com
and www.myspace.com/46924674
After that I wanted to play my little buddy
Zach Johnsons favorite KISS song Heaven's
on Fire which I dedicated to him. Also I
decided to donate half of all the sales from
my CD Pound for Pound that day, to
Zachary. I'd like to thank each and every
KISS fan that kicked in to purchase a CD.
Zach and I THANK YOU ALL!!!
http://zacharyskiss.blogspot.com/
I then played three tracks from the little
known Carnival of Souls CD. I really
wanted a challenge and I enjoyed learning
some difficult Eric Singer drum parts.
Lastly, the part I enjoyed the most about
this Expo was getting the chance to jam a
couple of songs with my friends in Mr.
Speed. I had talked to Criss, the drummer, a
couple of times before the Expo and he was
kind enough to let me jam a couple of KISS
classics (Lick It Up & Unholy) with
the band. I was really honored to play with
those guys and I hope they know what a
special time it was for me. Thank you guys
and I hope we can do it again sometime!
Mr. Speed ended the event by blasting out an
awesome set. These guys not only act and
move just like KISS but they sound
incredible too. The thing that I love about
this band is they not only play the most
popular KISS songs but they also work in
some of those forgotten classics. Mr. Speed
performs everywhere so if you ever get the
chance to see these guys, don't miss it!

January 2007
A note from Angelo:
I just want to take a minute to thank everyone who has
supported me over the past year. Thanks to all of my family and friends,
2006 was an awesome year for me. From the release of my CD to all the
gigs, I want to thank everyone for their encouragement and wish you all
the best this new year!
Drum
tracks are currently being mixed for the Christine Sixteen 2 project.
Vocal tracks are also being recorded this month. The CD is still
scheduled to drop in April 2007.
November 2006
In November, Angelo was
fortunate to have the opportunity to meet the
legend himself Paul Stanley! Angelo was thrilled to meet another one of his
idols. Paul told Angelo that he had heard a lot about him and was happy that
Angelo was carrying on the KISS tradition. Angelo was excited beyond words!
The following day Angelo went to see Paul Stanley LIVE at the Emerald
Theater in Mt. Clemens for Paul's new solo CD Live To Win. Of course
Paul's back-up band for this tour was the house band for the TV show
Rockstar Supernova.
Thanksgiving weekend Angelo went into the
studio to record the drum tracks for Christeen Sixteen 2 (Another High
School Tribute To KISS). Angelo recorded tracks for three songs: Deuce,
Shock Me & War Machine at The Subterranean recording studio. The session was
run by Subterranean owner/engineer Will Tompkins. Angelo would like to thank
Will who did such an awesome job on these tracks. They will now be sent off
to producer Patrice Beaudette in Quebec for final mix downs. The CD is
slated to be released in April 2007. It's gonna rock!
Look who showed up at the
Coppola compound this month!
Black Label Society
bassist John JD DeServio
spent some time with Angelo before their performance at the State Theater
earlier this month. Black Label tore up D-town again proving they are
fiercest metal band on the scene today!
October 2006
The Cincinnati KISS and Hard Rock Expo
was held October 1st and Allen and Karen Mullins
really know how to put on a great show. The entertainment at this show was
phenomenal! First, Angelo kicked it off, terrorizing the drums with another
killer tribute to his favorite band. He even got little sis Gina into the
act as they both performed the classic Shout It Out Loud. Gina sang
lead vocals while Angelo played
drums and sang back-ups. Click
HERE to see some video highlights of Angelo's Cincy Expo performance. Next up...The
Black Diamond girls showed the crowd why they are the best female tribute
band around. After Black Diamond everyone was totally blown away by the band SSG (Steve Sizemore Group) wsg Bob Kulick as they completely rocked the
house with some great KISS/Paul Stanley songs that Bob had played on.
Finally, the KISS tribute Mr.
Speed showed why they're one of the best in
the world by getting
everyone on their feet for an unforgettable performance.
It was also the
first chance to hear Paul Stanley's new solo release
Live To Win and everyone's opinion seemed to be
that it is a winner! What else would we expect from one of the
ultimate rock Gods of all-time? A great time was had
by all and we owe it to Allen and Karen for putting on
such an entertaining event!

Sheriff and State Senatorial Candidate Mike Bouchard.
Sept 2006
Angelo will play drums on 3
tracks for an upcoming KISS tribute titled Christine Sixteen 2. It is a
follow up to the wildly successful Christine Sixteen (A High School Tribute
to KISS). If you didn't get a chance to hear it, make it a point. This CD
rocks! Listen to it at:

Beaudette and everyone at

Oct -'05 Chicagoland KISS Expo
The Chicago KISS Expo was a rockin' good time! Angelo opened up the
entertainment for the evening by performing a killer set of KISS Classics.
The crowd response was unbelievable! Angelo really fed off the energy from
the audience and surprised everyone with his power and skill on the drums.
Afterwards, Kings Of The Nighttime World rocked the house with a
rare "unplugged" set. And finally the all female tribute Black
Diamond gave a knockout performance of their own.
On behalf of the entire Coppola family we would like to thank all who
attended and helped make this the most happening KISS Expo ever! Special
thanks to Jim Frangella for making this all happen. Also special thanks to
